The Year 2.2 class are currently exploring a new theme – Fruit and Vegetables! On Wednesday 20th March the students went shopping. They first did a shopping list in class and then they grabbed their shopping bags and went to the greengrocer. Everyone bought a different fruit and the children themselves paid the shopkeeper. Afterwards they went back to class, they washed all the fruits, peeled them, cut them into small pieces and prepared and ate a delicious fruit salad!
