For another year during the Carnival period, the school is organising the Carnival Fun Walk. This is a fundraising activity held by all students to purchase resources for the school. 20% of the funds will go to Dar Frate Jacoba, an institution coordinated by the group Youth-Alive that caters for youths and young adults in need. Kindly help through the sponsor sheet being distributed.

The activity will be held on Friday 1st March 2019. Children can come to school wearing carnival costumes and masks. No toy weapons of any kind will be allowed in school or in class.

Weather permitting Year 1-6 children will go for the annual Carnival Fun Walk outside the school premises according to this schedule:

Yr4, 5, 6 u I4.1             Carnival Fun Walk      9:00am onwards

Yr1, 2, 3 u I1.1             Carnival Fun Walk      9:30am onwards

Kindergarten children will celebrate Carnival Fun Walk with an activity at the school hall.

On this day, school finishes early according to these times:

• 11.30am:         Children from KG1 to KG2 exit from main gate
• 11:45am:         Students from Yr1 to Yr3 exit from main gate
• 12:00pm:         Students from Yr4 to Yr6 exit from main gate
